Job Description:

As an Art Director at Creative Lighthouse Inc., you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of various design projects. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and product teams to develop visually compelling content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and objectives. Your expertise in design, attention to detail, and ability to inspire and lead a team will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional visual solutions.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and visual communication.

• Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a design role, with a proven track record of successful projects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to think creatively and strategically.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Experience in both digital and print design.
